Valentine was born about 1680.[1] Valentine Payton was a Vestryman, Overwharton Parish, Stafford Co., VA. He passed away after 1749.[2]
Valentine had 5 children: Philip Peyton, William Payton Sr., John Payton Sr., George Payton, and Henry Peyton Sr.[3]
Valentine's son Philip was born c1720 in Stafford county, Virginia. He married Winnifred Bussell. They resided in Amherst County. His children included Daniel (married Mary Roach) and Dorothy (married Jesse Wright). Philip died after April 10, 1795, in Lincoln County, Kentucky.[4]

Hi! I think 1860 is a typo for his birth year. Also, could you add sources used by the ancectry tree? I'm not a member. What I've found for the Robert married Guffey is that he is NOT the son of Sarah Randolph (as noted on Peyton-206).
