Sarah E. Pelton, daughter of John and Susannah (Gilman) Pelton, was born about 1834 in Michigan.[1]
She married Stephen Hollenbeck about 1849.
She and Stephen appeared on the census of 20 Aug. 1850 at Yankee Springs, Barry County, Michigan. They were living next to her parents.[2] She and Stephen appeared on the census of 29 June 1860 at Yankee Springs, Barry County, Michigan. Her father had died in 1857 and her mother and siblings were living with them.[3]
She appeared on the census of 18 June 1900 at Speaker Township, Sanilac County, Michigan.[5] She appeared on the census of 2 Jan. 1920 in the home of her daughter at Speaker Township, Sanilac County, Michigan.[6]
Sarah died in 1926 probably in Sanilac County, Michigan and was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Melvin, Sanilac County, Michigan. Her memorial has the years of her birth and death.[7]
