Biography
Frederick was born 14 Mar 1938, in Cowdrey, Jackson, Colorado[1]. Fred married Lillian Patricia Leonard on 4 Jan 1962 in Carson City, Nevada.[2]. They divorced sometime in 1965/6 prior to Fred's marriage to Bonnie Jean Carter Gilbert on 18 Aug 1966, in Sparks, Washoe Co., Nevada.[3] He passed away 10 Jan 2015, in Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada[4].
