The Godfather was Louis Dicker, English*, a servant of the mission. *of Old England"][1]

Marie Josette Vaillancourt passed away on 27 Aug 1789 being given the age of around 27 years on the record. Her burial was the following day in Sainte-Rose, Ile-Jésus, Province de Québec. [Act states: We believe that it is her death which appears in the Ste-Rose register under the name "Marie Josette Vaillancourt": She was called by her husband's name][3]
