Biography
Cyrene Phelan was born on June 5, 1835 in Fayetteville, Arkansas Territory, daughter of Richard Edward Phelan (~1801–~1862) and Hannah Sutton (1806–1874).[1]
In 1850, Cyrene was living in Prairie Township, Washington, Arkansas. [1]
In 1910, Cyrene Matters (74), widowed head of household in Neosho Ward 2, Newton, Missouri, United States. [2]
