Plumb-67 and Plumbe-8 appear to represent the same person because: Both spellings are used. Over time Plumb has become more common, although Plumbe is seen more in the earlier years. Either way works, but this is definitely a duplicate. Same parents, same birth date. Just different spelling for the last name.

Plumb-69 and Plumb-67 appear to represent the same person because: These two seem to be the same individual, they should be merged. Be careful, though about the different birth dates, don't let either date become lost.
