Biography

When Thelma Jewel Puckett was born in June 1895, in Kentucky, United States, her father, William C. "Billy" Puckett, was 35 and her mother, Martha D. "Mattie" Lemon, was 34. She married Gaylon Holt on 6 February 1915, in Paris, Henry, Tennessee, United States.^[1] They were the parents of at least 1 son and 1 daughter. After Gaylon's death, she married Roy Aldon Henderson on 02 Oct 1962 in Murray, Calloway, Kentucky, United States.^[2] Thelma lived in Wadesboro, Calloway, Kentucky United States in 1900^[3] and Marshall, Kentucky, United States for the rest of her life.^[4] She died on 11 December 1982, in Benton, Marshall, Kentucky, United States, at the age of 87, and was buried in Unity Cemetery, Aurora, Calloway, Kentucky, United States.^[5][6]
