Biography

Bertha Kate Reeves, daughter of John Reeves and his wife, Jane Phillips, was born about 1892 at Gosport in Hampshire. She was 19 in 1911, working as a housemaid for Rear Admiral Maurice Nelson, living in at the Crescent in Alverstoke. ^[1] However she was also recorded at home with her parents. ^[2]

She married George Henry Walters in 1914.^[3]
