Rosalie was born about 1726. [1] Her parents are unknown.
Around 1748 in Acadie, she married Jean Daigre, son of Paul Daigre and Anne Arseneau or Anne Cormier. [2] [3] In 1755, they were residing at Aulac with one son. [4]
On 13 October 1755, the family was put aboard the ship Edward Cornwallis, and deported to South Carolina where they arrived on 17 November 1755. [2]
