Biography

Notice: His mother could be Anne Arseneau or Anne Cormier. He has been connected to Anne Arseneau and it has been marked uncertain.

Jean was born about 1726. He is the son of Paul Daigre and Anne Arseneau or Anne Cormier. [1]

He married Rosalie Richard (parents unknown) around 1748 in Acadie. [2] In 1755, they were residing at Aulac with one son. [3]

On 13 October 1755, the family was put aboard the ship Edward Cornwallis, and deported to South Carolina where they arrived on 17 November 1755. [1]
