Biography

Ezra Sears was born on 31 Mar 1789 in East Yarmouth, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA as the fifth child of Joshua Sears and Sarah Sears. He had five siblings, namely: Betsy, Joshua, Rebecca, Lot, and Betsy. He died on 24 Nov 1830 in East Dennis, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA. When he was 26, he married Mary "Polly" Seabury,daughter of David Seabury and Elizabeth Allen, on 26 Dec 1815 in Dennis, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA.

Ezra Sears was christened on 03 May 1789. He was the first person buried in Quivet Neck Cemetery, East Dennis, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA.

Ezra Sears and Mary "Polly" Seabury had six children. The house that Ezra built in 1810 is still standing and occupied on Quivet Neck.
