Biography

Patrick was born in the 1830's probably in MoyGlass More in the Mullagh area in Kilrush, County Clare, Ireland., the son of Daniel Sexton and Anne Moroney. He married Catherine 'Kate' Darcy in 1862 in Mullagh. They settled to farm in Ahey Bridge-Mountscott area near Mullagh where they had five children together before Patrick died at some point between the conception of his last child in 1871 and his widow's remarriage in 1874.
