Edward was born in 1878. He is the son of Thomas Shanahan and Ellen Delany.[1]
He married Harriet Jane Dunstan on 28th January 1903 in Brisbane, Queensland.[2]
He was living in Bueno Aires, South America, at the time of his sister's death in 1936 (Mary Ann (Shanahan) Jones)
