Samuel was born about 1738 in Pennsylvania. He was the third son of Jacob Scheimer and Margaret Papen. He passed away about 1790 in Pennsylvania and is buried in Christ Union Cemetery, Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.[1]
His name is mentioned in his brother Conrad's will in 1760. He received money in 1766 at the final settlement of his father's estate. (p 27)[2]
