The biography for Faye Siek is empty. What can you add? Grew up in small farming community in northern Ohio. Good grades in school. Loved to learn. Cheerleader, majorette, drummer. Earned degree as medical technician later and was allowed to leave tech school early to go work at Miles Laboratories in Elkhart, IN where learned to operate on big white bunnies. I was allowed to go back and graduate with my class. Left when recently married and pregnant with first daughter after husband completed his courses in dental lab work to join his father in their dental lab business in Southeastern, PA. Raised 3 daughters, the youngest being 6 when divorcing husband and beginning work at local primary care doctor's office. Worked there for 14 years, then office mgr for Brain Injury Program for several years. Stopped to take advantage of an office mgr position of a local psychiatrist, which was a mistake. Soon rectified by going to work in the AR dept of a local national nursing and rehab company. Worked my way up to work directly with the controller, who then became the CFO and was there for 30 years. Didn't want to quit, as I loved the corporate accountant job and enjoyed the people I worked with, too. Only stopped when my then current husband, Raoul (Ray) Ricardo Trueba, got stage 4 cancer and I stayed home to care for him. He was a wonderful man and my girls finally got a man they could respect as a father. He passed November 17, 2018, and I took over a portion of his industrial fluid sales. He was never really ill, except from the chemo that he wanted to go through, and in his last year and a half, I would drive him around to see the few local customers that he had kept in our local mushroom industry. His mother was full Italian and father was all Spaniard, from the Santander region of northern Spain, where he learned the trade of carving stone from the mountain sources there. I am now 79, retired and enjoying it. 4/29/23 I have had DNA analysis done at CriGenetics, and had my brother, Williard Siek get his done so that we could have my father's side as well.
