Biography

Otto was born in 1889. He was the son of Hiram Steeves.

Otto was enumerated in 1901 with his parents and siblings ^[1]

He married Mabel Steeves in 1910 ^[2] He passed away in 1959. ^[3]

Note that his middle name is carefully given as Leverett on his death certificate, but was given as Lawrence on son Harold's marriage registration.
