Lt. Jonathan Tarbell Tarbell was born in 15 Sep 1726.[1] Jonathan, the son of John Tarbel, was baptised on 25 September 1726 in Lynn, Essex, Massachusetts, United States.[2][3][4]

Per DAR application Jonathan Tarbell was a Lieutenant serving under Captain George Earl’s Windsor Company in the New Hampshire Militia during the Revolutionary War. He was recruited from what is now Chester, Vermont. [5]

Jonathan died on 9 April 1788 in Chester, VT. [6]

Jonathan was buried in Brookside Cemetery in Chester, Windsor County, Vermont, United States.[7] Jonathan's estate passed probate on 6 May 1788.[8][9][10]
