Peter Thompson was born ~1877 in Mississippi and is the son of Jake Thompson and Elizabeth (Jones) Thompson.

He married Fannie Dennis on 21 November 1898 in Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[1]

In the 1880 census Peter (age 3) was the single son of Jake Thompson in Oxford, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[2]

In the 1910 census Pete (age 33 but recorded as age 26) was the married head of household in Beat 3, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[3]

In the 1920 census Pete (age 43 but recorded as age 46) was the married head of household in Beat 3, Lafayette, Mississippi, United States.^[4]

Peter died before 1930.
