Biography
1607 Robert Tyffine son of Mr John Tiffine and Mary his wife was baptised 11th January 1606/7. [1]
1628-30 regular payments to Robert of his brother John were made by the Harlakenden family in respect of Swanscombe. paid Robt Tiffin half a years rent for Swanscombe 25s [2]
1635 Deeds 8th May : William Tyffin,of Wakes Colne, gentleman and Robert Tyffin, his brother Sir John Jacob,of London, Kt.
Manor of Wakes Colne,with lands in Wakes Colne, Earls Colne, Colne Engaine, White Colne, Great and Little Tey, Chappell,Fordham, and Bures Mount, with the advoson of the Church,but excepting certain woods. [3]
