Also included in the household are head George H Finsley, wife Mary E Finsley, daughter Emmie D Finsley, daughter Flora B Finsley, daughter Florence E Finsley, son Johey Finsley, daughter Georgia Finsley and daughter Jessie Finsley as seen in an image of the original census.^[1]

James M Tinsley was enumerated as son of the head of household at Catheys Creek, Transylvania County, North Carolina for the April 16, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1892 in North Carolina and single. He was a laborer on a home farm as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head George H Tinsley, wife Mary E Tinsley, daughter Florence E Tinsley, son John W Tinsley, daughter Georgia E Tinsley, daughter Jessie M Tinsley, daughter Elsie E Tinsley, son Robert A Tinsley, daughter Mary A Tinsley, son George N Tinsley and son Jefferson D Tinsley.^[2]
