On Wednesday, April 29, 1970, Ira D. of Hazelhurst Ave.; husband of Leona Pugh Tryon; father of Mrs. Elizabeth Schauer, Mrs. Anna Mae Kirk, and Irwin I Tryon; four grandchildren. Friends received at the JOHN H. SLATER SONS FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brenwood, Thursday and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock. He was a member of Carlisle Lodge No. 2 F and A M Deckier, Ind.^[4]
