Biography
Stanisław Antoni Tyszkiewicz of the Leliwa coat of arms (born 1727, died December 29, 1801) was a Polish noble who held the position of castellan of Żmudź from 1783 to 1794 and castellan of Mścisław from 1775 to 1783. He also served as the marshal of the Supreme Tribunal of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in 1773/1774 and held roles as ciwun of Ejragola and starosta of Naczniów[1].
Career
Tyszkiewicz participated in the confederation of Andrzej Mokronowski in 1776[2]. He later joined the confederation of the Four-Year Sejm and was appointed as an assessor in the Assession of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania by the Targowica Confederation. In 1793, he served as a commissioner of the Police Commission of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania[3].
Honors
In recognition of his service, he was awarded the Order of the White Eagle and became a knight of the Order of Saint Stanislaus in 1773.
