Note the birth address is garbled (the "Feltzen South" is in Nova Scotia, not Germany.) She appears to have arrived with her parents on the Gale in 1752 according to Bell's notes - https://archive.org/details/registerofforeig0002bell Page 592.

I doubt this the person you are looking for. She is the daughter of Johann Wagner and Wagner is her maiden name.

I have a Maria Barbara, Maiden Name, Seitz. The information I have is that she was born February 24, 1804. She married (Johann)Philipp Wagner, April 2, 1835. I also have that (Johann) Philipp's Father was David Wagner, married Anna Maria Renner on Jan 19, 1773. David Wagner's father was Johann Georg Wagner, but I haven't been able to find any further information on him. I hope this is the Maria Barbara.
