1746 Will, Death, Estate

He died in Sep 1746.

The last Will of James Haddock Waring of Prince Georges County was dated 13 Sep 1746 and mentioned:

"I do give, devise, and bequeath unto my dearly beloved and affectionate wife Elizabeth Waring all and singular my real and personal estate to her and to her heirs and assigns forever and do make, constitute, ordain and appoint her the said Elizabeth Waring whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this thirteenth day of September Anno Domini 1746."
Witnesses: Mary Richards (her mark); Elizabeth Sadd; Samuel Richards.
Proved: 14 Dec 1747 by witnesses Basil Waring, Jr., Elizabeth Waring.
Probate Court: 27 Jan 1750 oath taken in the presence of Thomas Waring, heir at law, which said Thomas Waring did not object to the probate of the said will; "the widow abides by the Will". [3]
