Biography
When Samuel Webb was born in 1831 in Wayne, Virginia, his father, Samuel Sr., was 36 and his mother, Mary, was 36. He married Margaret Peggy Wilson and they had 8 children together. He then married Nancy Robertson on March 28, 1854, in Wayne County, West Virginia. He died in 1917 in Kentucky, at the age of 86.
