Thomas Poage Wiliams, son of Hardin Williams and Martha Poage, was born 6 january 1830 in Cumberland County, Kentucky. ^{[1] [2]}

He married Ann Eliza Ragsdale on 2 October 1860 in Cherokee County, Texas. ^{[1] [3]}

Occupations: Teacher, farmer, sadler and undertaker. ^[1]
