Biography

Samuel was a Friend (Quaker)

Samuel Willson III (1738-1794) was the son of Samuel Willson and Deborah Willets he married Deborah Collins in 1761, daughter of Jonathan and Ann Collins of Bucks Co., Pennsylvania. They resided at Great Meadows, Warren Co., New Jersey, and were the parents of 12 children. (Willson 16)
