Biography

Mary was born on the 22nd April 1818 in Camberwell, Surrey the daughter of John Mudie Wilson and Elizabeth (Chater) Wilson.^[1]

Mary was christened on the 10th May 1818 at Mansion House Independant Church, Camberwell, Surrey, a nonconformist church.^[2]

1828 New South Wales Census Mary was living in Darling Harbour, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia with her parents John and Elizabeth and Mary's sister Emily. They arrived there on a ship named 'Thalia'.^[3]

Mary married Arthur Edward Halloran on the 12th September 1835, in New South Wales, Australia.^[4]

On the 29th March 1858 Mary purchased Maryborough, March, New South Wales, Australia.^[5]

Mary died aged 65 on the 26th August 1883 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. She was buried or cremated in South Brisbane Cemetery, Queensland, Australia.^[6][7]
