Biography
Welcome was born in 1794. He was the son of Eli Wood and Asaneth Bragg.
He married Dec 1823 Nancy Gallup, w/chn.
He passed away in 15 Jan 1870. (3 Apr 1879)
Note: Death date conflict between FAG and (Gallup Gen).
