Spotsylvania Co, Will Bk E pg 79 £3000 Augustin Woolfolk, guard. to Ann, Augustine and Elizabeth Lewis, orphs. of John Zachery Lewis, with John Woolfolk, sec. Sept. 7, 1784. £4000 Augustin Woolfolk, guard. to Robert Lewis, orph. of Robert Lewis, with Stapleton Crutchfield, sec. Aug. 2, 1785.

Spotsylvania Co Deed Bk O pg 482 Jany. 21, 1796. Agreement for sale of land by Augustin Woolfolk, guard. to Betsy Lewis and Jos. Brock, guard. to Jno. Z. Lewis, the interest of their respective wards in 200 a. set apart as dower to Elizabeth, relict of Jno. Z. Lewis, by his will, etc., etc. The sd. agreement made with Jonathan Clark, Gent. Wit: Thomas Towles, Bevy. Stubblefield, Benj. Waller, Edmund Clarke. Feby. 20, 1796.

Will of Augustine Woolfolk - (these are the heirs of his daughter Mary & her husband John Zachery Lewis - both dec'd) ITEM: I give to Robert Lewis's four children now living one negro man named Harry to them and their heirs forever, also forty pounds which my executor must pay to Robert Lewis.

ITEM: I give to John Z. Lewis son of Augustine Lewis one negro boy named Duke and one cow and calf to him and his heirs forever.

ITEM: I give to Robert Clough's two children Wm. L. Clough and Martha Clough two negroes Esther and Adam which I have made a deed of Gift of which said deed has not be recorded. I also give to said children one cow and calf which is now in the possession of Robert Clough.

ITEM: I give to Mary Ann Clough (daughter of Robert Clough) my old negro woman named Molly, to her and her heirs forever.

ITEM: I give to Charles Terrell one horse worth about twelve or fifteen pounds to be furnished him by my exors hereafter named
