When Mary Wysor was born on October 2, 1771, her father, Adam, was 42, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 39. She married Elias ShuffleBarger on September 3, 1791, in Montgomery, Virginia. They had ten children in 36 years. She died on March 27, 1861, in Dublin, Virginia, having lived a long life of 89 years.[1]
