Thanks for contributing to WikiTree! I see you have concerns about some merges and profiles that you think resulted from completed merges. I am happy to help you untangle those issues. Together, we can work to "fix" those worrisome profiles.
I'm looking forward to working with you,
Kie Zelms- WikiTree Mentor
You have created many duplicate profiles for people who were already here on WikiTree. In a number of cases, you created another duplicate profile for the profile you just created. I have proposed merges for the duplicates I've found. Please complete all of those merges before creating any more new profiles. It's extremely important on WikiTree that there is only one profile for each person. Before creating any more profiles, please look around WikiTree a bit to see if there is already a profile for that person. Look for the spouse, or the parents, to see if someone else has already created a profile for that person.
As you will see when merging those profiles, it's important to have real sources, and reasonably accurate dates, so that it is less likely that duplicates will be created in the future. "Family lore", "tombstone", "will", etc. are not sufficient sources. If there is a tombstone, is there a Find A Grave memorial for the person? If yes, please include the Find A Grave memorial #. If you found the information in a will, please include in the source whose will, when the will was written, when was the will probated, etc.
Please let me know if you don't understand, or if you have questions. Thanks!

Since you have started following a DNA tag, you may be interested in how you can use DNA test matches with your relatives to strengthen your genealogy on WikiTree. You will find the answers in the Help pages, of which the DNA Help category page shows all the DNA help that is available, and the How to Get Started with DNA page is highlighted. Also the DNA Features page can show you various ways that DNA tests can work with your genealogy.
You may see some relatives show up in your list of "DNA Connections" on your profile if they have added a DNA test to their profile. These DNA Connections are possible DNA test matches, they are not sufficient for marking parental relationships as "confirmed with DNA" without providing a DNA Confirmation source citation providing details of an acceptable DNA match.
When you are ready to start documenting that your genealogy sources are confirmed by DNA test matches, be sure to follow the guidance at the DNA Confirmation help page. Also, I strongly recommend using the DNA Confirmation Citation Maker, for creating and/or validating your DNA confirmation source citations. Note that a profile should not be marked "confirmed with DNA" without source citations for both genealogy and relevant DNA test matches.
If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to ask on the G2G Forum using the Tag "DNA" and/or "DNA_Confirmation".
Happy hunting!
John Kingman
We are so happy you decided to upgrade to the Family Member level.
Please visit our tutorial pages to learn how to use WikiTree: How To Use WikiTree. They will save you time, energy, and frustration as you add your family profiles.
Exploring the site is the best way to learn. One way to do that is to check out the drop-down menus on the top right side of your profile page. Finding a known ancestor and collaborating with the profile manager is another great way to start.
Questions? You can always use the G2G link in the Help Menu to find answers.

I have Pippin ancestors too. It will be a while before I can post all of them. Thanks, Emily

Thank you, Emily Bruister
You can not delete a profile from Wikitree. If you are referring to the duplicates that Kay mentioned above, you will need to go ahead and approve the merges. If you disagree with profiles that someone else has created you need to contact the profile manager and work with them. However, you will need to provide sources that document what you are saying are wrong.

Again, I appreciate the carefulness and accurateness WikiTree strives for. This is why I joined WikiTree. Sincerely, Emily Bruister
