Biography

Catherine was born circa 1559.

She was the daughter of Sir Richard Bulkeley, MP for Anglesey, and his wife, Margaret Savage.^[1] Her father died in 1572.^[1]

Her brother was Sir Richard Bulkeley, Constable of Beaumaris Castle, who married Katherine (Davenport) Bulkeley (abt.1538-1573).^[1] Her brother built Baron Hill in 1618, was the first Mayor of Beaumaris and died in 1621.^[1]

Marriage

Catherine was married to Griffith ap John Griffith, of Cefnamwlch.^[1] He died in 1599.^[1]
