While doing some housekeeping, I ran across your profile and noticed you have not been active for a number of years. Are you still interested in participating on WikiTree? Please refer to WikiTree’s Collaboration and Honor Code pages. Please respond in 7 days, otherwise, I will follow the procedures for Unresponsive Profile Managers.

Thank you for your past contributions.

Hi John. A search for Mandy J Moore produced a hit somewhere in your tree. Unfortunately none of your work is being shared in any way that is helpful. I wonder if you wouldn't mind checking to see if Mandy is the daughter of Jean (Carruthers) Moore and Peter Moore. Thanks for your assistance.

I am very new to wiki tree. I tried to enter my grandmother Elsie onto my tree but ended up with a stranger who is not her. What ID number should I have entered And how do I delete entry fornthis wrong person? Can you help me?
Thank you John for your generosity.

Marilyn.

Hi John ,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful. Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies. If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles. Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations. If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. Hi John,

Thank you for joining WikiTree. As a WikiTree Mentor I am available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may be having.

How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.

Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.

Feel free to ask me via my profile page if you have any questions.

Hello John!

I just wanted to take a second to welcome you to the WikiTree family and thank you for volunteering! You're now a confirmed member. There are many great people and resources available here to help you.

If you already have or you are planning to upload a GEDCOM, you might want to check out Before You Import Your GEDCOM.

Keep in mind that our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile.

If I can help in any way, I will certainly do my best! Please don't hesitate to ask :)

Happy hunting!

Eowyn ~

WikiTree's mission aligns with my prime object to grow my CHILDS family. From its roots in Melbury Osmond, Dorset UK to the present in Australia.
