Lambert Huybertse, of Wageningen, Gelderland, the Netherlands, sailed on a ship bound for New Netherland on Dec 13, 1660, with wife and two children; a third child was born during the passage. His wife was Hendrickje Cornelis.
Descendants of Lambert Huybertsen and Hendrickje Cornelis assumed the surname Brink. There is no indication in either Church or Court records that Lambert Huybertsen ever used the surname Brink. The names van der Cuyl and Brink appear on this profile as "Other Last Names" because of indications that published genealogies list Hendrickje under these names.

Before the Melting Pot: Society and Culture in Colonial New York City, 1664-1730 By Joyce D. Goodfriend indicates that Cornelis and Lysbeth only had two daughters, Maritie and Neeltie.

No proof of this will was presented in Gustave Anjou's 1906 compilation of the Ulster County, New York probate records. An unsupported date of proof [Proved 11 April 1702]. was presented in the Hope Press Genealogy of the Brink Family, and was taken from the Olde Ulster. This date needs better citation.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Hendrickje by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Hendrickje:
Cornelisse-95 and Cornelis-5 appear to represent the same person because: Hi,
This is also a duplicate of Hendrikje Cornelis, she also is attached as wife of the duplicate ..they all need to be merged into Cornelis-5. (= PPP profile)
Cornelis-541 and Cornelis-5 appear to represent the same person because:
Hi,
This duplicate (no sources) was created and added as Huyberts Lamberts mother, she was not his mother but his daughter-in-law, so these can be merged as well ...
Hendrickje-3 and Cornelis-5 appear to represent the same person because: Hendrickje is a woman's first name and Cornelisse is a patronymic last name -- the order got reversed in the Hendrickje-3 profile. Thus the names match. Dates are consistent. This Hendrickje-3 profile is connected as the wife of "Teerpenningh Huybertse," who I believe is the same person as Lambert Huybertsen-4, who was married to Hendrickje Cornelis-5.
Cornelius-1436 and Cornelis-5 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same husband. Cornelis is the earliest name recorded for her, so that's her LNAB.
Cornelis-160 and Cornelis-5 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge into the patronymic NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. Thanks!
VandeCuyl-2 and Cornelis-5 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge into the patronymic NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. The van de Cuyl name is merely speculative, because those parents are uncertain. So I have it set only as an aka. The Cornelis LNAB is a correct patronym, because it is based on the first name of the father. It is also the name by which she was known on her emigration, as described in the bio. Thanks!
This is also a duplicate of Hendrikje Cornelis, she also is attached as wife of the duplicate ..they all need to be merged into Cornelis-5. (= PPP profile)
Greets and have a wonderful day,
Bea :)
This very likely is again a duplicate for Hendrikje Cornelis, she is attached as wife of his (now still) duplicate...
Hi,
