DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jacob by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jacob:

This profile has database error 408 Multiple marriages on same day. [1] There are two different wives but the marriage date is the same for each of them. One of the dates must be wrong but which one?
Disconnecting Hasbrouck-21 as a wife. I couldn't find a source connecting Jacob with his brother's wife and she apparently died before 1717.

I think we should swap this old NNS PPP into the non-concatenated match Du Bois-377. It is early enough that an Americanized concatenated DuBois is not quite as appropriate for LNAB, especially since the father is in the Du Bois form.
