Hi Amy, I'm watching the Early name to see if we have any connections. Looking for families from Knox and Whitley Counties in KY. They were in Holton Valley area of Virginia/Tennessee by early 1800s. Best wishes! Jane

Hi Amy,

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week so I am checking in to see how it is going. The New Member How-Tos are for you to work at your own pace. If you had time to look, were they helpful?

I'm here to help with questions about how WikiTree works. Just click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page. I'll get back to you by the end of the day.

PS If you get a "Page Not Found" error when clicking WikiTree email links, you can often find a working version in the public comments on your profile.

PPS Did you discover that the tags on your profile are clickable links to a page of other people who have that tag? You can add more, up to 20 total.

Thank you Amy for volunteering, You are now a full member of the WikiTree community. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Please start with the New Member How-To - they are really useful as you add profiles and learn your way around. If the links in emails don't work correctly, get a "Page Not Found" error check the public comments on your profile as the links will work from there.

If you click the green tags on your profile page, you'll see if other members are following the tag. Add locations, Country, County or town the more tags you add the more links to community & research options

Take your time & let me know if you need any help using the site, happy to answer questions
