Paternal relationship is confirmed by a triangulated group on Family Tree DNA consisting of Nancy French, Leora French Jones and Dorothy Johnson Hughes, who share a 37 cM segment on chromosome 7 and a 19 cM segment on chromosome 16. These matches have been independently verified by Nancy French and Dorothy Johnson via the Family Finder Chromosome Browser. Nancy and Leora are 3C1R; Nancy and Dorothy are 4C; Leora and Dorothy are 3C1R. The most recent common ancestors shared by all three are Charles Matthew French and Jane Macklem.
