Biography

Vital Records and historical artifacts of Elizabeth (Howe) Bellows: Elizabeth was born in Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony on 25 May 1673.^[1][2] She is the first born child and daughter of Isaac Howe and Frances Woods. Elizabeth married Isaac Bellows, son of John Bellows and Mary Woods, (prb.) in Marlborough bef. 1695. They had nine (known) children together, all born in Marlborough:

Elizabeth (Howe) Bellows died in Southborough, Worcester, Massachusetts on 6 Jun 1750.^[5] She is buried there in Old Burial Ground Cemetery.^[6]

Research Notes

In the Notes for Nathan Brigham, the reference document addressed the conflicting account between Elizabeth Howe and Elizabeth Maynard as Nathan's wife. The matter was settled and determined that Elizabeth Howe was not his wife. Nathan Brigham and his children were therefore removed from this profile.
