Anderson only says Anna, surname unknown, I did find a marriage of a William Payne and Anna North, but they married in London in 1616 and cannot be this couple.

I'd recommend that the parents be kept linked and marked as uncertain, unless they have been definitely disproved. Then add a comment on Anna's bio, as well as those of each parent, about the uncertainty. Otherwise, they will be reattached by someone else later, and there will be no way to see that there is a potential question regarding their identities.
