You could download a gedcom from aAncestry and upload it to WikiTree for the GEDCOMpare process. This page lists gedcom links for more information: Gedcom Topics.

When you load a gedcom it doesn't automatically load the profiles. The report shows what may already be on WikiTree (one profile per person), or what is not (start loading your branch of the tree. Start with the GEDCOMpare page.

I do see that you uploaded a gedcom, but it doesn't load the profiles. Are you working from the gedcom report? Go to this page and follow the instructions: GEDCOMpare.
Add only the profiles not yet matched on WikITree. Those that match already have WikiTree profiles, so you don't need to add them.
