Byron was born on Feb 10, 1981 in Wichita Kansas to Bruce Williams and Susan Lynn (Nelson) Williams[1]. His father had moved from Oregon to Kansas for residency after medical school at OHSU. In the summer of 1985 the family moved back to Prineville. Byron attended school in Prineville until he moved to Corvallis to attend Oregon State University. In 2006 Byron graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.[2]
After graduating college, Byron and Veronica moved to Salem, Oregon where Byron began working for the State of Oregon. His first job was as an auditor with the Secretary of State's Office. He later changed positions to work for the Oregon State Treasury . In the spring of 2009 Byron and Veronica moved to Monmouth, Oregon.[2]
