We're so happy to see you are still active on WikiTree and caring about the Dutch profiles. The Dutch Roots Project is looking forward to give the project a new fresh start to put the Dutch in a more prominent place on the WikiTree map. The project is currently managing over 50,000 profiles and the total number of Dutch profiles on WikiTree exceeds 500,000! Within the project we are monitoring the quality of the Dutch profiles and assisting other WikiTreers in producing those profiles. We would love to pick up some other tasks but to do so we need more volunteers. This is why we check in with the members of the DRP to see if you would like to help us expand.
1) Would you like to do some volunteer work for the Dutch Roots Project? 2) If yes, what kind of work would you prefer to do within the Dutch Roots Project? E.g. translating, sourcing, or something else you want to work on?
We hope for a positive reaction but please don't feel obliged to volunteer. We just want to have a group of persons we can ask to help us with certain activities

Voor een geweldige start van de lente hebben we ook dit jaar weer een Spring Clean-a-Thon. Het plezier begint vrijdag 23 april om 14:00 uur en duurt tot maandag 26 april 14:00 vergeet niet je eerst aan te melden voor dit evenement (en doe dit met een ANSWER geen comment of reply) en vermeld natuurlijk ook in het antwoord dat je meedoet met the Flying Dutchmen- Vliegende Hollanders team!
Bij onze Dutch Roots Project pagina en het Nederlands Portaal kun je al heel veel informatie vinden en .. allemaal in het Nederlands, mocht je toch nog vragen hebben, schroom niet en stel ze gerust, we helpen graag :)

Leuk te zien dat je actief bent hier op WikiTree. Je hebt al enorm veel werk verzet. Er zijn flink wat mensen bezig met Nederlandse profielen, die zich hebben gegroepeerd rond de Dutch Roots of Nederlandstalige. Heb je er wel eens aan gedacht om "lid" te worden van die groep? Betekent eigenlijk niet zoveel maar wel dat je herkenbaar bent doormiddel van een badge. Als je 'Netherlands' of Dutch_Roots volgt via een tag (zoals KROEDERS) krijg je ook af en toe updates.
