Biography

Melvina was born 24 August 1900 in Key West, Florida.^[1] She was the daughter of Frank Henry Watlington Papy and Melvina B. Russell.

She married Russell Hoff on 9 April 1919 in Key West in a ceremony performed by J. L. Griffiths, Minister of the Gospel.^[2]

Melvina died on 27 December 1983 in Key West,^[3] and she is buried there in the City Cemetery.^[4]
