Biography
Julia was born 22 April 1884 in Key West, Florida.[1] She was the daughter of Frank Henry Watlington Papy and Melvina B. Russell.
She married Errol Vernet Sawyer on 8 May 1909 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Howard B. Gibbons, Pastor of the Congregational Church of Key West.[2] The witnesses were Alfred B. Sawyer and Loreta Sawyer, Errol's parents.
Julia died 9 February 1939 in Miami, Dade County[3], and she is buried in the Graceland Memorial Park in Coral Gables.[4]
