Biography

Nina was born 13 January 1891 in Key West, Florida.^[1] She was the daughter of Frank Henry Watlington Papy and Melvina B. Russell.

She married Harvey Morgan Smith on 29 June 1912 in Key West.^[2]

Nina died on 5 February 1960 in Richmond, Virginia,^[3] and she is buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.^[4]
