Biography

Annie was born 12 February 1883 in Key West, Florida.^{[1] [2]} She was the daughter of Frank Henry Watlington Papy and Melvina B. Russell.

She married Thomas Ervin Russell on 23 June 1901 in Key West in a ceremony performed by C. W. White.^[3][4]

Annie died 7 November 1966 in Key West, ^[5] and she is buried there in the City Cemetery.^[1]
