I wouldn't do that. It fools the software but it doesn't change the reality if someone that is living wanted to complain that you are exposing them on the internet against their wish. It's even worse than just leaving off the date of birth because it basically demonstrates a disregard for law if it ever went that far. Remember, he with the most money to spend on lawyers, will win most arguments, and if there were to be a problem, it would be your problem and not a Wikitree problem, you have agreed to the Honor Code which is a sort of a handing over to you the responsibility to not do stuff like that, at your own peril may I add. For your own sake, don't do that!
