Richard Towneley m. Grace Foljambe

Sir Richard Towneley d. 1554 [Towneley-15] m. Frances Wimbishe. They are the parents of Mary Towneley who m. John Towneley of Grays Inn according to pgs. 16, 23 [Gen 11-CTf340] in the manuscript "Tracing the Towneleys 2004' ; Towneleyhallsociety.co.uk/Towneley.pdf

Richard Towneley (1499-1555) m. Grace Foljambe were the parents of Sir Richard Towneley d. 1554 m. Frances Wimbishe - the parents of Mary Towneley.  John Towneley m. Mary Towneley were cousins a generation apart, both descended from Sir John Towneley (1473-1540) m. Isabella Pilkington. Pls. see; Towneleyhallsociety.co.uk/Towneley.pdf pg 16
