New archive.org problems?

Question

I've been having problems with archive.org searches for several days now. I get either 0 returns (even when I know there should be a hit) or a message that there was either a problem with the search or search may still be processing (and it is not). I'm getting the same issue with 3 different browsers.

Anyone know what is occurring or if there is a work around?

I also see this problem sometimes. When this happens I look for another copy of the book online. I think the problem is related to the specific copy of the book on archive.org. There may be another copy on archive.org that gives better results. Or, look for the same book on hathitrust.org, or Google Books.

I just tried on an iPad using chrome and had no problems searching for a document then searching for a word in that document.

I have seen a similar message in the past. Have you tried clearing downloaded documents and browser cache?
